Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain nasal blockage or nose block can occur due to a number of causes like Nasal Polyps, sinus infection or sinusitis, allergies, deviated nasal septum, cold and flu, foreign body impaction in nose etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like nasal endoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case of nasal polyps steroid nasal drops can help..
If it does not help then steroid injection or surgical removal of polyp has to be done.
In case of allergies anti allergics and decongestant nasal drops will relieve.
Cold and cough will be treatment with anti allergics, decongestants, mucolytics etc..
Deviated nasal septum is corrected with surgical treatment known as Septoplasty..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
