Suggest Treatment For Persistent Abdominal Pain And Nausea
Hello. My 90 year old mother is suffering terribly from severe and persistent abdominal pain and nausea. She has dementia and was diagnosed and treated for H Pylori. Can the above symptoms persist after treatment for H Pylori and if so, how can I help her?

in H.pylori infection some time tripple therapy fails due to bacterial resistance the empirical therapy os for 10 to 14 days with omeprazole,clarithromycine and amoxicillin.
usually urea breath test perform after 4-8 weeks after the treatment course,if problem doesnot solve than endoscopic biops may require.
