Hello,
For
hypothermia, keep yourself covered in warm blankets & take warm soups & health drinks. Other treatments are intravenous fluids, airway rewarming. If your vitals are normal you need not worry.
Visit ER, get physically examined. Get skin &
nerve biopsy, MRI, Blood tests, Nerve Conduction tests (NCSs), EMG can be done to confirm the diagnosis of
peripheral neuropathy. You will be treated with medications, Ergonomic casts or splints or by Transcutaneous Electronic Nerve Stimulation (TENS) depending upon the severity of the disease detected. In the meantime do regular exercises, Take vitamin B6, B12,
folic acid with minerals. Stay away from addictions (alcohol, drugs, tobacco) if any.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
