Suggest Treatment For Penile Itching And Burning After Urinating
hi, i am worried about my penis.. its been goin on for a while now! i have a little burning at the tip of my uncircumsized penis after urinating and some uncomfortable/itching sometimes throughout the day?? and when arroused some clear liquid excreting sometimes?? ive been to get checked for std's n sexual diseases and all came up negative so dont no wats goin on?? ps i cant pull my forskin back over the head either.. im 26 m.. can i get stuff from the pharmacy, or do i need to see a doctor right away??? thank's

Itching of the tip of the penis and foreskin with inability to retract foreskin could be due to what is called as Genital Candidiasis .
You need to consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Blood sugar levels on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch
to rule out diabetes
2) Swab test of discharge from penis
3)Urine routine test
In the mean while start taking Antibiotic like Doxicycline along with anti fungal medicine like Fluconazole twice daily orally and topical anti fungal cream like Candid cream for local application for a week .
If you are still unable to retract foreskin you will need to get circumcised .
