Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain With Burning And Diarrhea

Hi! I ve been having pelvic pain with burning and heavy feeling on both ovaries, constipation/or diarrhea but never a normal bowel movement, I need to urinate all the time and wakes me up a couple of times per night and painful intercourse. I went to the ER last night but I was told everything was okay and blamed my symptoms on menstrual cramps but I am not even on my period. Both of my parents have had cancer before and I wonder if it could be the same thing. When my mom had ovarian cancer everything checked out as normal until finally a Gastroenterologist (not even her obgyn) tested her cancer and it came back positive.

It's important to know if you are having fever associated. Get the urine checked for pus cells or bacteria. And ask your physician to do a per vaginally examination. If it's painful, it could be a pelvic Inflammation. A course of antibiotics would be useful for it. But before that, get the urine checked to rule out any urinary tract infection.
