Suggest Treatment For Peeling Skin In Feet With Dryness

Hi I am having a great deal of problem with my feet. The skin is constantly peeling and flaking off. The bottoms of my feet feel like drying leather even with constant creams. There is no redness just dry scaling and peeling off in pieces. I was on insulin for 20+ years, had bariatric bypass ten years ago and have not needed medication since for diabeties.
