General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yoru symtposm seemt to be related to palipitations.
The treatment to manage palpitations depends on the underlying cause.
Lifestyle changes that include a heart-healthy diet and regular exercise may be recommended.
Avoiding stimulants such as caffeine or nicotine may also reduce the occurrence of palpitations.
I also suggest to continue the treatment for high blood pressure and maitain it under control.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
