Suggest Treatment For Palpitation With PVC

I am 38 and was diagnosed with PVCs at 19 years old. In the past few months I have been getting more palputations than I have had in years. Few times now I have felt as if I m going to pass out. This is very new. And normally I feel a pounding and skipped beat when my palps happen, but I ve noticed a few other changes. Sometimes I feel like a short burst of shaking in my cheats, like a vibration. And sometimes I get many of them in say like 2-4 a min. And 2 times now, I have gotten a heavy Kind of feeling in my chest. I also have started getting nose bleeds in the past few months. And one eve, my husband made me go to the hospital right after a nosebleed, and they said my BP was high. 155/110. I get most of my palputations toward my eve of my day, few throughout the day. But most common, tears eve. Yes I expearence awareness of my heartbeat, feel it in my cheast, neck, and sometimes my head. One time I swear I could see my heart beat in my eyes. By the way I tried to keep track of how many palps I had while writing this and it was 22. Tonight has been expesialy bad. Since about 9pm. It s now 3am.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for your question! I understand your concern and I recommend you to visit immediately the nearest cardiologist for a review of your prior data about PVC arrhythmia; and after having in mind a quantitative evaluation of your prior arrhythmia you should perform a new quantitative measurement by an ambulatory 24 to 48 hours ECG monitoring; meanwhile you should check your BP level very frequently during day and night time (a good option is to perform an ambulatory BP monitoring for 24 hours. All these conclusions coupled with a cardiac ultrasound will be able to give a more detailed conclusion about your current clinical scenario.
Regarding your nose bleeding seem to be linked to uncontrolled high BP; but nevertheless you should check at lest your complete blood count test (lab exam).
Hope to have been helpful to you.
Greetings from Dr. Iliri
