General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern for your husband
Looking at your history this could be Lipoma or sebaceous cyst
I would like further information to guide you better as
his age and complete medical history
since how long it has been there?

Both the lumps can be removed surgically very easily if it's causing him any problem.

In my opinion if it's not bothering him than it can be left untreated
Watch for its size, if it increases in size or produces any discharge, immediately consult a general surgeon for its removal.

Hope this answers your question
