OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

There is a possibility of urine infection. Wound on the labia needs to be examined to know exactly what it is and accordingly treat it. You can get a urine routine microscopic examination done and if there is infection treat accordingly. Till then, you can drink plenty of oral fluids.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
