Suggest Treatment For Painful Ulcers And Inflammation On The Head Of Penis

hi im a diabetic patient. from past 3 months i m suffering from penile inflammation. The head of my penis is getting fungal infection and after washing its forming ulcers which are painful and never seem to be healing. After using antifungal creams it stops for few weeks and again its recurring. Is there any solution for this?

if u r sexually active it needs to be treated in all sex partners simultaneously, also sugar must be controlled fully for it to cure, and after ensuring these things u can take fluconazole 1 weekly for 2 weeks, ketoconazale 1 daily for 2 weeks, citrizine 1 daily for a week, doxycycline 1daily for 2 weeks, and tropical antifungal ointment
