Hi,can you please tell me what to do or what can i take for my pain,i suffer from my feets alwys very swollen and in pain i cant even walk im seek and tired of paracetamol declafenac naproxen etc none of this medicines help at all,please tell tel what to do

First of all stop painkillers. Do blood examination for CBC, ESR, which suggests you whether any infection present in your body. Keep your feet elevated during rest.
