Suggest Treatment For Painful Spot On Sole Of Foot

Hello good morning Dr I am 22yr old male work out at gym and jog a lot. For the past 1month I have been experiencing a painful spot on sole of foot. initially it was yellow in color but now it is black .it is painful to touch .confused if it s a corn or not? Plz answrr

If this is accompanied with constitutional symptoms like fever and pain then you need antibiotics too. Increasing the thickness of soles will reduce pressure. Try heavy cardiac activities and running till the pain subsides, to avoid more injury. Soak legs in warm water with salt twice daily for 15 minutes. Hot fomentation will help too.
