Suggest Treatment For Painful Red Bumps On The Arm , Neck And Back
Hello. I have been in Colorado for the past week staying in two different cabins. We left this morning to drive the 8 hours home. I noticed about 5 red bumps on my arm, looked like mosquito bumps. As the drive continued home I have more bumps. They are all over my arms, hands, neck and back. They are on both sides but worse on my right side. I slept in the same bed as my two little girls on this trip. Neither one have any bumps. We went hiking but nothing major and they hiked the same places I did.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of painful red bumps on the arm, neck and back which occurs due to allergic reaction, bug bite, stress, anxiety, clogged pores of sebaceous glands of skin with dead bacteria, sleeplessness. Need not to worry. You should wash arm, neck and back area with neutrogena oil free. Wash these areas with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your skin once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. Take antibiotic like azithromycin 500 mg. If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream , retinoids or recommend procedures like laser therapy and dermabrasion.
