Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to bursitis. Bursitis is inflammation of the bursa.

A bursa is a small sac of fluid that cushions a joint and helps it move easily. Bursitis usually gets better if you avoid the activity that caused it.

Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

I also suggest using cold compresses for local applications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
