Suggest Treatment For Pain On Thighs

What type of physician treats muscular issues. I am a 49 year old female that is having pain in both thighs. It feels as if I have been doing leg lifts and am having the soreness the day or two after however I have not done leg lifts or anything to make my muscles feel this way. The orthopedist I ve seen attributes it to my right hip being bone on bone but my hip does not hurt just the tops of both thighs.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in the thigh region can be due to musculoskeletal problem or some bony problem.
You have already taken an opinion of an orthopedician who is attributing the pain to some bony alignment of the hips and thighs.
Further you need to consult your orthopedician for management of this condition.
The management of the condition may require conservative treatment in the form of physiotherapy and medication.

Thanks and take care
