I have pain to my right upper side, radiating to the ribs and same area to the back. I am bruising without cause , my skin is tearing making sores when barely rubbing up against something . For instance the nose piece on my glasses caused a tear and then a sore. My hair is falling out. I lost over half of my hair in one week. It still falls out but not as bad now. Constant fatigue. Fluid retention to lower and can also be seen on the tops of my arms. What do you think Dr.?
