General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

This could probably be an abscess and so I would recommend either a physical examination or a picture of the region attached to our premium question for my examination.

An abscess can develop from poor personal hygiene, an irritate or infected hair follicle, poor technique used for injections, etc. Please write back to me or visit a doctor for further management. For now, please keep the region clean and dry and apply a warm compress to the region.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
