sir i have throat problem, while iam swallowing its paining in the back of throat, there is no fever, or other body pains, i also got transils operation 5 years ago, my age is 26, height 5.7 , weight 70, i dont prefer out side food, but i use to smoke 3 cigers a day

You can take over the counter analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen(post meals),do hot fomentation,avoid bad postures and use hard bed.
