Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Abdomen

I am currently on Tecfidera for 3 weeks now. Is there anything I can take for the stomach issues (pain like gall bladder upper stomach)? I also have flushing, redness and slight itching but can deal with it. Was on Avonex for years but just can t deal with needle and flu syptoms so needed a break. Would an over the counter product, like gas-ex, help?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms may suggestive of hyperacidity and in my opinion this can be best treated with the medicines give bellow
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day for four week
2) Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three time in day
