General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The headache is a mystery, the cause could be minor tension to cancer. Your case appears to be due to tension only. other common causes are sinusitis, refractive error of the eyesight etc.

I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to go for CT scan of the brain besides other common investigations for confirmation.

Try to avoid mental tensions, viewing t.v from short distances, and for a long time. Avoid taking more of spices, chillies, junk foods, and oily foods which due to indigestion can cause a headache.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
