Hello Doctor I am a 31 years man. I do Hapkido for 1 year. 2 weaks ago, I did actions based on instructor guides in club. Lastly we do wrestling and came back home. When coming back, I felt a minor pain in my right knee. I have inflation in upper part of my knee and some limitation in move. My MRI result is as follows: -Irregularity and increased signal intensity of A.C.L without disruption indicating partial tearing -Small tearing within anterior & posterior horn of lateral and myxoid degeneration within posterior horn of medial of other menisci -Chondromalacia within inferomedial border of patella -Small subchondral geode cysts (5-7 mm) beneath tibial eminence & lateral tibial plateau -Spraining grade I of M.C.L with overlying soft tissue swelling -Joint effusion and a lot of fluid within suprapatellar pouch -Normal state of P.C.L, L.C.L, other bony structures, tendons and muscles -No evidence of popliteal cyst or soft tissues mass
