I also developed swollen lymph nodes in my throat. The lymph nodes dissappeared in about 4 days. I took alleve for two weeks. I am much better now.
For pain in the right hand & hip you can take NSAIDS (Naproxen), one sos after food. The pain commonly occurs due to Sciatica, get clinically examined. Get blood & imaging tests done.
Deficiency of folic acid & vitamin B6, B12 can be a cause for developing nerve disorder. Take food rich in minerals& vitamin B6, B12 or take supplements.
Get Nerve conduction tests done. Get assessed & treated. Keep your blood glucose & blood pressure under control, maintain a low BMI. Take the help of a physiotherapist for exercises & therapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
