General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the knee and hip pain you've been experiencing.

I think something has been damages after your all day walking on Tuesday.
Keep with cold compresses locally. Manage to set an immediate appointment with orthopedic specialist. MRI of the knee might be required.

Apply analgesic cream locally. Avoid movement of affected leg as much as you can.

Wish fast recovery.
