Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Collar Bone

I am a 35 year old male and weight about 180 lbs. I was working out in the gym, laying on my back and lifting weights up when I felt a pop in my chest at the collar bone. I now have pain and what seems to be a knot at my collar bone. What could have happened?

HI
Well come to HCM
This may be due to muscular spasm may be happening due to uneven posture and pressure, may not be disease of any kind try to maintain good posture and better to have some rest for some day and stop going to gym, this would be alright soon, take care.
