Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Clitoral Area

Hi, I ve been having pain in the clitoral area for the past 3 days. It s very intense when it gets touched, for example while wiping after urinating and while bathing. The pain is so intense it s almost nauseating but only lasts about a minute and then i feel nothing unless there is some contact there. Could this be a symptom of a uti by any chance? I have no other explanation.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pain in the clitoral area could be due to urethritis, vaginitis, contact dermatitis, vaginal infection.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, urine routine & microscopic test, vaginal swab test to confirm the cause.
Specific treatment depend on the test result.
For urethritis: tablet septran DS, tablet pyridium, syrup cital
Infection require clingen and lactobacilli suppository.
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Apply mild steroid application
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, pineapple and orange
Avoid perfumed soap and cosmetics
Wear pure cotton loose inner and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed.
