Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Chest While Having Gastritis

I have terrible gastrics and anxiety issues. My bowl movement is normal. I feel a slight pain in my chest every time. And at that time I sweat a little. Done my endoscopy and it seems normal. I have been given meds from my doc. It has been over a month yet major sign of relief is still there. Changed my diet as healthy as possible. What would you recommend for me.

Your symptoms might be related to stress. You should take acid reducing agent.
Avoid coffee, tea, carbonated beverages.
Avoid alcohol, smoking.
Avoid spicy food, eat more fibres rich diet.
