Suggest Treatment For Pain In Rib Area

Every time I breathe it is the worst pain I have felt in my side. Rib area. Before it was hurting in my arm and it feels maybe like referred pain in my arms from whatever is occurring my side. Could it be pinched nerves or joint problems from sleeping wrong?

There is possibility of muscle spasm due to wrong sleeping posture.
I will advise you physiotherapy like IFT And matrix.
muscle relaxant may help you.
You can start methylcobalamine and neurotropic medication consulting your doctor.
