I am 30 yrs old I weigh 138 and am 5 7 . I dealt with severe pain two weeks ago and just got my period yesterday. I had gall bladder surgery 8 weeks ago. I deal with some pain down by the pelvic muscles when I try to poop. I do deal with some constipation.
Constipation is a common side effect after gall bladder surgery. You would have been given stool loosening medications as part of your post operative medications. Take fibers in your diet like wheat, breads. Drink lots of water.
