Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knee.
I fell and landed on my knee and I felt like I could feel my knee cap slide. And now it hurts to straighten my leg. I also found it very hard to sleep on and woke up many time in the middle of the night trying to get comfortable. Oh, and walking up and down the stairs pretty much kills me.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan to rule out ligament or tendon injury.
