Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip.
I was playing soccer and got hit and landed on a persons cleat. It hit near my hip on the left side. That was a week ago and it s still causing pain. Whenever I stretch that side, laugh, sneeze, run, anything of that nature it causes pain. What do I need to do?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated to rule out possible neurological causes like sciatica.
