General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you got pinched nerve pressure producing due to degenerative changes in lower vertebrae giving rise Sciatica pain, tingling sensation etc.
Go for physiotherapy like back extension exercises, short way diathermy and if require lumbar traction.
Take Calcium, vitamin B1, B6, B12 capsules or shots.
Avoid lifting heavy weight and more bending from back.
Ok and take care.
