General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Sir/Mam,

Welcome to HCM,

I understand your query and concern.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Acid reflux disease.

But always unless proved we shouldn't neglect to rule out heart disease.

So I advise you to get an ECG,2D Echo immediately to look for any abnormality in the heart.

Once ruled out, you can go for Antacids one tablet before breakfast for 10 days.

Avoid smoking or alcohol if any.

Exercise daily for 30 min.

Consult your cardiologist and Gastroenterologist for expert management.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you.
