I would recommend a visit to your gynaecologist for a physical examination, detailed clinical picture and even an ultrasound examination that should provide your doctor some insight on any abnormalities in your reproductive system and accordingly help correct it. The symptoms you are experiencing indicate some amount of a hormonal imbalance which can be brought about by various causes including birth control, stress, weight changes, other medications, gynaecological conditions, chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, etc.).
