70 yr. old female. 5 8, 180 lbs. In overall good health, exercise moderately, but developing leg problems. Intermittent pain and weakness mid thigh. Should I use stationary bike to strengthen it? or rest? I am usually pain-free in the a.m. after resting it for the night.
