ive had a painful swollen right knee for a year now it sets like concrete within mins i force it to bend ive had an mri scan which shows only a little bit of wear and tear on it also theres fluid behind the knee cap and synovitus its getting so stiff now when i tried to kneel on it a while ago it was like having a nail sticking out of the knee cap which dug in me painfully ive been told menicle thing is ok thou so please whats wrong with my knee please help me
