ello,

You have a history of having c section and now feel tiredness, dizziness, headache etc. You are suggested to get a follow up clinical examination done by your gynecologist or a GP. Get a general health check up done. It looks like you are suffering from generalized weakness, get blood work outs, urinalysis and imaging tests (CT, MRI) for swelling behind the knee and cervical spine done to detect OA, torn meniscus, Baker's cyst).

Since your heart is palpating get cardiac function tests done to stay on the safer side. In the meantime, take Combiflam or Naproxen, one SOS when required to ease the pain and discomfort. Take green leafy vegetables, calcium and protein rich food along with multivitamin supplements. Stay well hydrated (dehydration cayuses headache) and well fed. Take adequate sleep. Avoid stress and anxiety, stay relaxed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
