Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Knees

My right knee hurts after exercise, but usually the discomfort went away after resting for five days. Sometimes, my right knee feels loose and has very short, sharp pain with walking. My left knee has no problem. In general, both knees are somewhat stiff after sitting for a period of time, but still better with exercise.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I think that your right knee might have cartilage or ligament injury of the knee. I would suggest you to get MRI of the knee joint. This will tell us if there is cartilage injury or any arthritic change is there. Some time there can be inflammatory knee arthritis which can cause pain, swelling and knee stiffness.
I would also recommend you to get ESR, CRP and Ra factor. These test will also give is idea if you are having inflammatory arthritis.
According to that we can plan for further management. You would required to take HCQ or SAAZ per day.
