Suggest Treatment For Pain And Irritation In The Penis

I had a rash in my armpits, itchy belly button, and some redness on my penis. Dr. gave me fluconazole and a Clotrimazol-Betamethasone Dipropionate cream combo. My rashes went away and now my penis seems to be irritated. It does not really burn when I urinate, there is just a bit of constant pain. Stopped using the cream on my penis as I felt it was maybe causing the pain. Tenderness and a bit red on tip area. Is this possible due to the cream? I only used for three days.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having balanitis. It is not related to cream.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a plain antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, fluconazole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
