Suggest Treatment For Pain After Removing A Breast

Hi, am a woman aged 57, of 60kg and 1.6mtrs tall. In 1986 I developed a boil on my right breast when my twins were lactating. I was operated on the same year to remove the boil. In 2010 an itchy sore resurfaced, I strscthed a bit and it developed to a deep sore with pus. I went for mammogram and results show the structure is not ok obviously since it was operated on. Despite removing the breast which obviously os my last option what immediate medical attention is required as I can not sleep, its really paining. Good day. Leobah in Zimbabwe.
