Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
You will have to do a pelvic ultrasound to know if you have an ovarian cyst.Pelvic pain may not only be caused by ovarian cyst. Some other possible causes may include:
-Pregnancy and related complications
-PID/STIs
-Pelvic masses like fibroids, cancer, cyst...
I will suggest you see your Gynecologist for examination and investigations. You may need tests like STI work-ups, pelvic ultrasound, pregnancy test.Your treatment will depend on tests results. In the meantime, you may take an anti-spasmodic pain drug like spasfon if pain intense.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
