Hi i am 29 year old and tryng to concieve from 3 years now i have left ovarian cyst of 3.0 cm i am take danazole for three month but still there is small cyst now this month i took letrazole 2.5 plz tell me it is good for pragnancy ? and can i concieve while i have cyst

Letrozole is given ovulation induction. It helps ovaries to produce follicles. Yes, there are chances of conceiving with Letrozole. Consult with your doctor for further management also.
