Suggest Treatment For Orange Urine And Constipation

I have a pain in my lower left side of my back and I'm also passing dark to orange urine. I'm constipated, extremely fatigued, achey, and a couple of days ago I had a fever. I have been feeling like this for over a week now and I'm growing tired and worried over this. can you please help me?
