Suggest Treatment For Occasional Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy

i am 5 months pregnant. occasionally i have abdominal pains especially on my right side and find myself difficult to stand up straight. when this happens it is also painful when i urinate. I noticed that whenever this happen, i usually feel constipated too... what should i do? i am worried about the safety of my baby. i am 37 years old and weight 54kg

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion pain might be due to muscular origin or urinary tract infection(UTI).I suggest you to get a urine examination done to rule out UTI .If UTI is there you might need antibiotics course.Take paracetamol for pain.Take rest and avoid physical strain.It will subside .Dont worry.Take calcium tablet daily.
