Suggest Treatment For Numbness Of Left Leg Caused From Radiation

My friend has no feeling in his left leg and lost use of it and part of the right leg caused from radiation. It has affected the sense that tells him when to urinate and bowel movement and has to wear a depend. He is taking steriods and therapy, will his legs come back to full use.
