Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Tip Of Middle Finger

Hello, About three days ago I developed numbness in the tip of my middle right finger. I had noticed also that when trying to bend back my hand, I always got a sharp tingling sensation. If I put any weight on that hand and press down, I will always get shooting pains through my middle finger. The numbness on the tip has not gone away. I have tried shaking my hand for 5 minutes or so thinking this might be a circulatory thing, but to no success.
