Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Hands And Feet Due To Neuropathy

Following 4 chemo treatments I developed chemo induced neuropathy in hands and feet a year ago. The progression has stopped, plateaued, now very slowly improving. Can now walk on still numb feet using a cane....feels like walking on stilts with precarious balance. I can once again write legibly , and also do my beloved needlepoint. Will i regain feeling in my feet? Will the numbness and oily, grainy sand feeling in my fingers and palms subside. Lastly, will my hands regain the muscle and strength instead of looking like skeleton hands? Should I be in physical therapy?
