Suggest Treatment For Nose Congestion Along With Sore Tongue

Hi! I have had a sinus infection with every possible cold in my area on top of that. I am not immune compromised. My nose congests almost every night and now I have a sore tongue and little bumps on the back of my tongue. back to my primary care or on to and ENT?

thank you for your query....
sinus infection might be associated with throat infection naturally...and it looks like the same has happened to you...
for the pharyngotonsillitis, have a course of coamoxyclav tab thrice daily or azithromycin tab once daily for three days....you have not mentioned your age....so could not provide you with the dosage...and for the nose congestion, normal saline drops thrice daily or xylometazoline drops thrice daily will be effective...
you have not mentioned about your duration of sinus infections...if it is chronic, a XRAY PNS waters view should be done and you can consult any ENT specialist with your reports.....
