General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The night fall is not a disease and hence does not require any treatment for the same , which is a normal physiologic process happening in every teenage, adult upto early elderly groups.

* Measure your body temperature by thermometer when you feel fever, as I suspect body temperature changes in concern with underlying stress and anxiety than actual fever. Awaiting for your response.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
