Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain

es I went to the doctor I a couple of weeks ago because I was having pains on my neck and the left side of my head above my ear. The doctor said it was probably just a pulled muscle due to my bad posture (I have a slight curvature on my back) and my lack of physical activity. After that my condition has improved a little . But sometimes during the day I feel a pulling sensation on the left side of my head where it was previously hurting. It has only happened three times so far and usually before this occurs I m slouching. And I m also still experiencing a sore neck and shoulders and sometimes the left side of my head. I was just wondering if this is normal ? And what could be causing these pulling sensations? (Probably my slouching). Any advice to improve the soreness? Could this be serious?
